Payment method accepted is Paypal. Once an order is placed, a paypal invoice will be sent to you requesting payment. Once payment is received, your order will be processed.

Shipping Information:

Items are sent USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery) and USPS First Class Mail  (2-5 day delivery) within the US.  You will receive a tracking number via email when items ship.

Due to our items being custom made just for you, please allow up to 3 weeks for custom items to be completed and shipped.  If you need items sooner, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. 

Shipping Rates:

$0.01 to $25.00= $4.00

$25.01 to $50.00= $6.00

$50.01 to $100.00= $8.50

$100.01 & up= FREE

Return Policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within five days to arrange a timely return of the item for a refund or exchange.  

Please note: Custom made and personalized items are not returnable.

If an item arrives damaged, please report to the shipping service provider.  Save all of the packaging materials as it was shipped ot you.  All claims need to be handled through the shipping provider.
